3. Account Registration and Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Tiers

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular monthly rate unless canceled.

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Failed payments may result in service interruption or account suspension

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@interactivecareers.io. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

• Free trial cancellations: No charges apply
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Service availability issues: Pro-rated refunds may be provided at our discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or for other reasons at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. Acceptable Use
